Large red spiked Treasury seal with bright blue serial numbers. The obverse features the portrait bust of Thomas Jefferson with a central vignette of the U.S. Capitol. The reverse has the “Bracelet Reverse” layout, showcasing highly, ornate geometric designs ringing the central text. A scarce note with an estimated 55 known surviving examples. This is the only AU 55 graded at PMG with only 6 finer reported by them.
