Bright silver-white surfaces display strong luster and excellent eye appeal. Most notably, the strike is exceptionally strong for a date that is often encountered poorly struck, with unusually sharp definition through Liberty’s hair and the eagle’s breast and feathers. The surfaces are pleasingly clean for the grade. An impressive Mint State example of this better-date New Orleans issue.
