A Gem example of this better date which saw a mintage of just 330,000 coins. A satiny luster cartwheel radiates evenly across both sides, complemented by a clean, original silver-white appearance. The strike is sharp for the issue, with well-defined hair detail above Liberty’s ear and a bold reverse, including excellent feather definition on the eagle’s breast and wings. Surfaces are notably well-preserved for the grade, with only a few minor, scattered marks that are largely hidden within the luster.
